3 and 4 January 2024 It was time to return Miranda. She’d been our home for over three weeks, traveling over 3000 kilometers (that’s the equivalent of driving from Somerville NJ to Orlando Florida and back!). In her we’d talked, cooked, eaten, slept, written, developed photos, recorded poetry, read, relaxed, and of course, seen the most beautiful of sights along the way. We’d loved van life. When you see me next you will notice that I have aged. My old spots will have grown larger under this southern sun. My teeth will be stained from all the flat whites I have been drinking.
