11, 12, 13 December 2023 We made it!! We are on the other side of the world!! And both the scenery and people are beautiful. 11 December 2023 We’re flying non stop from New York to New Zealand. How is that even possible? Air travel still amazes me. We’ve flown cross the Atlantic to and from England, and I am still in awe each time. But going to the other side of the world? That’s on a whole other level. The first issue is eating. Airplane food is meh at best, and with my many food allergies, I won’t touch most of it. (because who wants to have an allergic reaction on a plane?!). Mike will fair better, of course.
