Chicago: a quick trip around downtown
17 June 2025 MORNING Knowing that we would be sitting for the majority of the next three days, we wanted to walk as much as possible before boarding our train to San Francisco. After dropping our bags off at the Amtrak Lounge, we headed to the post office, where I mailed some post cards (Mum and Mama, have they arrived yet?). Chicago: Wicker Park with Cousin Janice
16 June 2025 Having done many of the standard tourist sites, it was time to explore another side of Chicago. Getting together with my cousin Janice was the perfect opportunity to do that. Now understand that I have a LOT of cousins. And I enjoy spending time with every one of them.
